1. Introduction

Frontline ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information across our iOS and macOS applications, including Humo | AI Humanizer. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

2. Data Collection

We collect information in the following ways:

  • User-Provided Information: Information you provide when contacting support, including name, email address, and message content.
  • Automated Data: We may collect anonymized usage statistics, crash reports, and device identifiers (such as OS version and device model) to improve app stability.
  • Content Data: For AI-driven features, we process the text inputs you provide.

3. AI Data Processing & Storage

Our AI features, specifically within Humo, utilize advanced models to process text. We adhere to a "Privacy-First" AI protocol:

  • Transient Processing: Input text is sent via encrypted SSL/TLS tunnels to our secure processing environment.
  • Non-Retention: We do not store your input text or the resulting "humanized" output on our permanent servers once the request is fulfilled.
  • No Model Training: We do not use your private content to train or fine-tune our global AI models.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Frontline does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. We may share data with trusted partners (e.g., Firebase for database management or Apple for payment processing) only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to request the deletion of your personal data.
  • The right to opt-out of automated data collection.

To exercise these rights, please contact us through our official support portal.

6. Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information, including Firestore Security Rules and encrypted API endpoints.
